What is Laps4Cows?
LAPS4COWS is a multi-sport discipline “Lap/repeat” styled event.
Each participant will get 30mins to complete 1 of these disciplines around a set course contained within the host school.
In that 30mins each participant must lap or repeat that course as many times as possible before the horn goes. On the hour each hour the course will restart and the participants will be able to compete in the next discipline. 30mins for exercise, 30mins for recovery. The participant will continue to do this until they have completed all 3 diciplines/courses.
At the end of the day (morning) finishers will be awarded finishers medals to ALL who participated plus trophies to the winners of the most amount of laps amassed in the day.
Do not despair if you do not have a bike, one simply enters the run race.
We are a group of people on a mission to make a difference to children with cancer and their families, one paddock at a time. Armed with the slogan “Love Living Life”, we use our lifestyle goals to raise money for CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA.
Laps4Cows is designed to be a fundraiser for The Cows via their association to CHOC and the HOST school
In exchange for Laps4Cows event the host school will drive entries for this event through their parent and learner body. The entry will be open to ALL at that school: parents, learners and teachers. We hope it encourages healthy competition among everyone prepared to participate. All money raised on the day is spit 50/50 with The Cows and the Host School.
