Cycle or Run | Stairs | Climb

LAPS4COWS is a multi-sport discipline “Lap/repeat” styled event.

Each participant will get 30mins to complete 1 of these disciplines around a set course contained within Reddford House Northcliff.

In that 30mins each participant must lap or repeat that course as many times as possible before the horn goes. On the hour each hour the course will restart and the participants will be able to compete in the next discipline. 30mins for exercise, 30mins for recovery. The participant will continue to do this until they have completed all 3 diciplines/courses.

At the end of the day (morning) finishers will be awarded finishers medals to ALL who participated plus trophies to the winners of the most amount of laps amassed in the day.

Do not despair if you do not have a bike, one simply enters the run race.
